Dean Meredith Architecture is an award-winning, full service architectural firm based in Del Mar, California with decades of experience navigating through complex design review boards and art juries, resulting in a high success rate of approved designs. Dean Meredith, the firm’s owner and principal architect, is a native San Diegan with a broad scope of experience designing a range of architectural styles. While Dean’s experience includes commercial buildings such as restaurants, office buildings and shopping centers, his passion is for residential architecture. Heavily influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright while studying architecture in Arizona, Dean’s designs are timeless and unique to each client.
