Dean Meredith, the firm’s owner and principal architect, is a native San Diegan with a broad scope of experience designing a range of architectural styles. While Dean’s experience includes commercial buildings such as restaurants, office buildings and shopping centers, his passion is for residential architecture. Heavily influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright while studying architecture in Arizona, Dean’s designs are timeless and unique to each client. His design skills include a wide range of architectural styles, including Contemporary, FLW, Craftsman, Modern, Cape Cod and Mediterranean
