We are currently seeking to grow the office to accommodate an expanding workload that includes multifamily residential and mixed-use projects. It is our goal to bring together a team of creative, energetic and technically skilled professionals that are motivated to succeed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be licensed or working towards licensure and have 2+ years of experience in an architecture office, preferably with multifamily residential and mixed-use projects.
Responsibilities:
Conceptual modeling with Sketch-up and preparation of graphic material
Contribute to design development through massing studies, diagrams and 3D models.
Schematic design and discretionary permit application coordination
Drafting and project coordination during construction documents
Clear communication and coordination with other team members
Effective time management and accuracy in the work product
Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of our projects
Desired skills and traits:
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. Experience with Enscape is a plus.
Knowledge of building codes and experience with agency processing.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to prepare a full set of construction documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented, enthusiastic, and flexible.
Resourceful and willing to bring and share new ideas.
