Responsibilities Include:

  • Development of drawings in all phases of design, with emphasis on utilizing Revit.

  • Lead consultant coordination and construction administration support.

  • Preparation of 2D and 3D graphic documents.

  • Zoning and Building Code Research.

  • Develop and coordinate drawings, details, and specifications.

  • Coordinate with staff members and project principal to implement project goals and technical requirements.

 Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.

  • U.S. Architect’s License (CA License preferred)

  • A minimum 6 years of post-graduate experience

  • Strong proficiency in Revit

  • Experience in all phases of design/construction

  • Experience in DSA, Educational and Institutional design (Preferred)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Autodesk, Rhino (Preferred)

  • Technical expertise in detail development and specification coordination

  • Quality minded, strong organizational and collaborative skills, clear communicator

Salary Range:  $90K - $130K
