Job Description: Abramson Architects is an architectural firm dedicated to quality, creativity, and personal attention to our clients. We are seeking an office Administrative Assistant to work directly with the San Diego office team, with interaction with the Los Angeles team. Prior experience with professional architectural or engineering office preferred. Responsibilities will include: · Maintaining a tidy office - Front office duties (reception, telephones) · Word processing · Assist with proposals, contracts, and project documents · Assist with accounting tasks · Assist with administrative construction administration tasks · Tracking of client contracts and consultant subcontracts · Development/updating of project schedules · Maintenance of shared calendars in MS Outlook · Arranging domestic travel · Other administrative assistance as needed
Software experience required: Microsoft Office. Special consideration given for intermediate+ level skills in Word and Excel. Additional software experience preferred: Adobe CS and/or Bluebeam Revu.
Firm Size: Medium (15-50)
Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.00/hr
