AIA San Diego was honored to welcome Flora Lee, Associate Partner at MAD Architects, for an inspiring lecture highlighting a diverse range of the firm's groundbreaking projects and design philosophies.
Throughout the evening, Flora offered attendees a behind-the-scenes look at how MAD approaches architecture as a means of reconnecting people with nature. Through featured projects including Gardenhouse in Beverly Hills, One River North in Denver, and the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles, she demonstrated how the firm's work seeks to create immersive environments that challenge conventional expectations of the urban landscape.
