Gessel Leonard Architectural Studio, GLAS for short, is a new educational architecture studio founded by two partners who've spent their careers designing schools and campuses across Southern California. We're not trying to be a big firm. We're trying to be the right firm, one where partners stay involved on every project from first sketch to last punch list, and where good ideas can come from anyone in the room.
GLAS is built around a simple idea: Whoever starts on a project should be the one who carries it through, working closely with the project architect and partners rather than handed off partway.

What You'll Do
-Support projects from concept through construction
-Coordinate consultant teams
-Participate in mentorship
Qualification/Candidate Requirements: What You Bring
-A degree in architecture and 5 years of experience
-Strong Revit and BIM production skills, with working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Visispecs
-Ability to develop a project set independently through multiple phases
-DSA project experience experience
-Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
-A creative mindset, always looking to innovate and find better ways to deliver the work
-A plus: AI workflows, hand sketching, graphic design, photography, computer programming, or LEED accreditation
Compensation and Benefits
-$80,000 to $95,000, based on experience

Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000, based on experience
