Job Description: Wallace E. Cunningham, Inc. (WCI), is an award-winning firm in Mission Hills, CA, specializing in high-end custom homes. We are seeking an Architectural Staff Level II candidate for a full-time position. Applicants must have a minimum of five years of professional experience; however, five to ten plus years is preferred. WCI offers competitive wages, employee benefits, and year-end profit sharing.
Qualification/Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor of Architecture degree.
• 5-10+ years of professional experience.
• Architectural license encouraged but not required.
• Highly experienced in Revit as this is our primary software for delivering construction documents.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape is a plus.
• Assist project teams and other staff members.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a small office environment.
• Can complete tasks in a timely manner as directed by senior staff.
• Ability to manage a project consultant team through all phases of project delivery.
• Demonstrate competency in preparing a set of construction documents.
• Ability to effectively multi-task on several projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High-end residential design experience is recommended but not required.
