Apply deep technical knowledge of building codes, planning codes, detailing, and construction methods.
- Manage consultants and contractors, ensuring coordination and timely responses.
- Communicate proactively with clients, including a weekly email update.
- Use Asana for task management and Monograph for project tracking (non-negotiable).
- Update Asana and project status every Friday without exception.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, aligning resources to ensure profitability.
- Mentor junior staff in technical and solution-oriented approaches.
Qualification/Candidate Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of professional architecture experience (multifamily, residential, or ADU preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (licensure not required).
- Proven QA/QC experience with drawings, detailing, and documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Revit; Enscape/Lumion a plus.
- Solid knowledge of codes, construction methods, and building systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience required.
- Highly accountable: delivers updates, meets deadlines, and maintains consistency.
- Comfortable with structured systems — no pushback on Asana, Monograph, or reporting cadence.
- Alignment with RHA’s values: Integrity, Collaborative Fun, Curious Innovation,
- Lifelong Learning, and the Rookie’s Advantage.
