At obrARCHITECTURE Inc, fostering meaningful relationships with our clients, our projects, and the environment is the defining characteristic that has made us who we are. We are located in the heart of the historic Boulevard Corridor at 2419 El Cajon Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92104 and actively immerse ourselves with the local community.  

Founded in 2008 by partners Garrick Oliver, Christopher Bittner, and Anney Rosenthal-Hall, we are a firm that prioritizes culture and character as the touchpoints for our employees, decision making, and design. We believe that each individual’s unique talents make for a dynamic whole that can not only meet but exceed our client’s expectations. 

 With our eclectic approach to architecture, our firm has the ability to take on a wide variety of project sizes and types and can adjust quickly to changes in programs, budgets, or designs. We bring an exceptional collaborative and artistic approach to every project and feel we have an obligation to assist, inspire and lead our clients in reaching their project goals.

R&S Tavares Associates

We were founded in June of 2002 by Ralph and Silvana Tavares, providing Design Services, Structural Design, Consulting and Project Management. Although our clients are from all facets of the Construction Industry, our interest and extensive experience working for and with several Modular Manufacturing Facilities throughout the United States has allowed our clientele in the Pre-Fab / Modular Industry continue to grow. We hold Professional Engineering Licenses in 43 States, Architectural Licensure in NY, and are currently doing most of our work designing and engineering Pre-fabricated buildings.
