Vision 2074

Call for Exhibition Submissions!

Catalyzed by World Design Capital San Diego Tijuana 2024 (WDC 2024), this exhibition is calling for specific designs that address social, structural and climatic challenges that will define our region into the distant future.

Design Challenge

As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of “Temporary Paradise?” (1974), one of the few forward projecting planning documents for our multinational region, we call upon our designers of the region to boldly envision what our region can become in the next 50 years and beyond.

Using "Temporary Paradise?" as an inspiration, this exhibition encourages participants to communicate their ideas through a poetic, passionate voice and engaging imagery. Building on ideas and images from "Temporary Paradise?" is encouraged. Multinational teams are encouraged but not required. Sole practitioners are equally encouraged.

No Registration Required.
