Insurgente Brewery, also known as Cerveceria Insurgente, is a 6,500 square foot brewering facility, tasting room, kitchen and beer garden located in the Zona Rio district of Tijuana, Baja California. The project has been executed into two project phases, one for the outer shell construction and completion of the brewing facilities, and a second phase for the completion of the tasting room, roof garden terrace and shop, which is now open to the public.

Mercado de Barrio | Caesar Chavez Parking Structure

Mercado del Barrio is a mixed-use center located under the Coronado Bridge in the heart of Barrio Logan. The project is anchored by Northgate Market and includes an additional 47,000 square feet of retail space with 92 apartment units above. Additional tenants include Asia Wok, Fade Factory, Little Caesars Pizza, National Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Oi Asian Fusion, Sally Beauty, T-Mobile, and Tocumbo Ice Cream & Tortas. Newer tenants include Attitude Brewing Co., Dough Nations, Maggie's Café and Pho-Bo.

I.D.E.A 1 | East Village, San Diego

IDEA1 is a mix of apartment homes, commercial space, live/work lofts on the ground floor, surrounding an outdoor collaborative workplace known as The Hub. The common areas of the project begin with a ground floor courtyard that connects the commercial and residential ecosystems. This flexible events space, also accessible from the surrounding streets and adjacent park, will become the community mixing bowl and a stage for the creativity of District residents.
