Meet Barbara Leon and Carlos Hernandez of Heleo Architecture!

Carlos Hernandez holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Los Angeles (B.Arch '08), has completed the USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate in 2013, Turner school of Construction Management 2016 and is a LEED Accredited Professional. His 12+ years of experience comprises multi-family residential, single family residential, retail, commercial and public infrastructure ranging from urban planning and design for one of China's largest builders, Vanke, to working closely with a developers on multi-family and spec. housing projects.

Barbara Leon is a registered architect in the state of California and holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Los Angeles (B.Arch '08), having also received architectural training at Kyoto Seika University in Kyoto, Japan. She has over 12 + years of professional experience in all building types such as multifamily residential, high-end single-family residential, retail, educational, institutional, and performing arts. She brings extensive expertise in construction administration, project management and technical knowledge in residential construction as well as strong, pragmatic design sensibilities.
