Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Job Captain or Project Manager to join our team. Ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from design through construction. You will work closely with principals and clients, contribute to both technical and design tasks, and help lead successful project delivery. Responsibilities include:

Managing commercial and residential projects through various phases

Coordinating drawings, consultants and permitting

Supporting design development and construction documents

Communicating with clients, contractors, and team members

Helping maintain project schedules and quality standards

Qualifications:

Strong AutoCAD and Sketchup skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Excellent communication and organizational skills

California building code familiarity preferred
