Qualification/Candidate Requirements: Project Architect / Senior Designer
Responsibilities Include:
• Development of drawings in all phases of design.
• Lead consultant coordination and construction administration support.
• Zoning and Building Code Research.
• Develop and coordinate drawings, details and specifications.
• Coordinate with staff members and project principal to implement project goals and technical requirements.
Qualifications:
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field (Required).
• CA License (Preferred).
• A minimum 6 years of post-graduate experience.
• Strong proficiency in design and construction documentation using Revit (Required).
• Strong proficiency in all phases of design, project management and consultant coordination (Required).
• Experience in DSA, Educational and Institutional design (Preferred).
• Technical proficiency in detail development and specification coordination (Required).
• Quality minded, strong organizational and collaborative skills, clear communicator.
Firm Size: Medium (15-50)
Salary Range: $90K - $130K
