Job Position Title: Project Manager / Senior Architectural Staff

Job Description: Christian Rice Architects Inc. is a small Coronado-based architectural firm with a focus on highly creative residential design. The firm is looking for a hard-working Project Manager/Senior Architectural Staff. The role involves management of projects including creation of construction drawings, engaging directly with clients, full project coordination including with engineering and specialty consultants, in addition to management of junior architectural staff. Minimum relevant experience 8-10 years.

Qualification/Candidate Requirements: • Must be proficient in REVIT
• Professional degree (B. Arch or M. Arch) or Architecture related degree
• California licensure encouraged, but not required
• Knowledge of local building codes
• Detail orientated
• Excellent communication skills
• Very well organized

Firm Size: Small (1-15)

Salary Range: Base salary range: $100,000 to $120,000, plus bonuses and benefits contingent upon relevant experience and qualifications
