Job Description: JOB CAPTAIN: Stephen Dalton Architects seeks a creative individual to join our collaborative studio team. Project types include custom residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and municipal projects.

Responsibilities include:
• Work effectively as part of a project team on larger projects, and individually as project lead on small projects.
• Prepare accurate documents and manage workflow for timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate with consultants and government agencies.
• Research codes and regulations and incorporate requirements into project design.
• Conceptual modeling using Sketchup and preparation of graphic material.

Qualification/Candidate Requirements: Position requires:
• Degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in all phases of design.
• A working knowledge of codes and construction techniques.
• Fluency with ArchiCAD (or other BIM software), AutoCAD, and Sketchup. Adobe Suite and MS Office a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent design skills and interpersonal skills.
Firm Size: Medium (15-50)
Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
