JWDA seeks motivated, positive thinking, team-oriented Project Architects and Project Managers to join our San Diego office.

Job Responsibilities include:

Primary project contact with Client
Organizing and managing project teams and team assignments
Managing team communication and consultant coordination
Resolving technical and design issues with project team
Overseeing design implementation and development of Contract Documents

Qualification/Candidate Requirements:

Experience in the design and construction of high-density housing
5+ years of experience as Project Architect or Project Manager for multi-family and/or mixed-use projects
Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills
Knowledge of building codes, structures, and technical detailing and documentation

Firm Size: Medium (15-50)

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
