Job Description: HGW Architecture is seeking a talented project manager who thrives in a collaborative open studio environment. Successful candidate will be a part of a team that works on design-focused projects in a broad range of market sectors. HGW Architecture provides full-service interior, shell/core and site planning for clients in the High-end Single Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Higher Education, Healthcare, Life Science, Workplace, Zoological and Civic sectors.
Qualification/Candidate Requirements:
Self-motivated with a strong desire to collaborate with project design team
Strong organizational and written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to effectively manage working on several projects at one time
Graphic and presentation skills to effectively communicate design intent
Ability to produce and coordinate a set of detailed construction documents
Eight (8) or more years of relevant professional experience
HCAI and/or DSA experience required
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited University
Professional architectural license preferred
This is a full-time, in-person position
Firm Size: Medium (15-50)
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000/year commensurate with experience plus year-end profit sharing.
