Job Description: Manage planning, programming, and design for multiple bond funded higher education projects. Provide oversight of a/e consultants ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure proper coordination with campus administrators, vendors, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Provide direction and ensure compliance with the Division of State Architect and the City of San Diego; and other jurisdictions as required. Work under the direct supervision of the District Architect.

Qualification/Candidate Requirements: California Architectural license, experience with DSA, experience in Higher Education, and at least 8 years experience as a Project Manager.

Salary Range: $14,171-16,404 per month depending on experience
