Job Description: Architects Mosher Drew is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Project Architect candidate with 7-15 years of experience for work on Federal, Education, Public or Commercial projects. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management of small scale and/or multiple projects, including client, consultant and internal team coordination

  • Strong building code knowledge and experience with governmental agency review and permitting.

  • Responsible for project success factors, including financial performance, design excellence and client satisfaction

  • Determination and oversight of project staffing assignments and project deadlines

  • Client management

  • Participation in business development, business operations and/or management of project quality guidelines

  • Responsible for project information, graphics and photography

  • Staff mentorship

Qualification/Candidate Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Licensed Architect in the State of California

  • Accredited Architecture Degree (minimum)

  • Proficiency in Revit, including 5+ years of recent BIM experience in a work environment.

  • Bluebeam.

  • Knowledge of Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

  • Project management and team organizational skills

  • Task management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and graphic.

  • Proactive problem-solving ability in a dynamic team environment

  • Ability to develop project budgets, project staffing requirements, project schedules and work plans.

  • Experience with DSA, HCAI and/or NAVFAQ is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, materials and processes.

Firm Size: Medium (15-50)

Salary Range: 105k - 120k (d.o.e.) + annual bonus
