We are excited to invite you to a project tour of the Radian residential tower in East Village at 675 Ninth Ave. This tour is an excellent opportunity to explore this state-of-the-art residential tower, designed by our member firm Carrier Johnson + Culture and structurally engineered by KPFF, a proud partner of AIA San Diego. Throughout the tour, you will have the chance to network with professionals from various fields. We'll conclude at the rooftop clubhouse, where KPFF will provide lunch and beverages for us to enjoy together.
About the Project:
The Radian residential tower in Downtown San Diego, CA, redefines luxury living through its thoughtfully designed apartment homes and exceptional amenities. The building features a selection of residences with high-end finishes and modern conveniences typically found in upscale resorts. Key features include floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian kitchen cabinetry, waterfall quartz countertops, smart appliances, spacious walk-in closets, and large bathroom vanities with lighted mirrors.
