Fox Point Farms Project Tour & Happy Hour
Calling all North County members! Join AIA San Diego for a tour led by Brian Grover of Nolen Communities at the newly-built Fox Point Farms.
This event is part of AIA San Diego's year-long celebration of Design Excellence in San Diego.
Get to hear the insider design decisions as you walk through the new buildings and edible paseo garden.
The tour will be followed by drinks in the garden, at the newly opened brewery!
About the Project:
Nolen Communities is proud to introduce Fox Point Farms, a one-of-a-kind “agrihood” community in Encinitas. Fox Point Farms will serve as an innovative example of community-building for others to follow, particularly in an era where traditional high-density housing tends to lack open space, amenities, and overall livability. The highly amenitized project includes a 5.5-acre working organic farm and an agricultural amenity area serving the Fox Point Farms community as well as the larger community of Encinitas. There is tremendous value that agriculture can bring in the form of open space, engagement, and education while fostering a thriving local food system that improves the health and economic well-being of communities. Managing Partner at Nolan Communities
Brian Grover is the founder and Managing Partner of Nolen Communities, where he leverages 16 years of real estate and development experience to create innovative communities. Prior to Nolen, Brian rose to Principal at Dudek, focusing on residential development projects across California. He holds a B.S. in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego and a Master's in Planning and Real Estate Development from UNC Chapel Hill. Brian is a certified planner and active member of several industry associations. He serves on the Board of the San Diego Building Industry Association and chairs the City of Encinitas Traffic and Public Safety Commission.
