Bill Fulton – Developments in State and Local Land Use Policy

Bill Fulton will be presenting recent research on developments in land use policy at State and Local levels, with a focus on the interplay between policy and design.

Presenter: Bill Fulton is a nationally recognized expert on Urban Design, Policy, and Economic Development. Bill is a Visiting Policy Designer at UCSD Design Lab, the former Director of the Kinder Institute for Urban Research at Rice University, the former Mayor of Ventura, CA, and the former Director of Planning and Economic Development for the City of San Diego.
