Presenter: Elaine Sorensen, AXA XL
Elaine Sorensen is a Senior Underwriter for the West Region of AXA XL’s Design Professional business unit. She is responsible for risk selection and pricing of new and renewal business in CA, WA & OR. She will celebrate her 31st year with the company in August.
Prior to her career at AXA XL & its predecessor DPIC, she has worked for Capital Insurance Group in Monterey, CA, as well as SBLI & GEICO both located on Long Island, NY. She currently holds the office of President for the Insurance Professionals of Monterey Bay and has for several years.
Elaine works out of the Monterey office & lives in a census-designated place called Prunedale which is about 10 miles north of Salinas, CA. She enjoys wildlife photography with her husband and has been to Tanzania & Uganda.
