A Panel Discussion on the Implementation of Healthcare Campus Masterplans and Capital Improvements in San Diego. 

The AIA San Diego Healthcare Committee presents “The First 90 Days” a panel discussion focusing on the initial planning and implementation phase of a project. The panel is comprised of representatives from Sharp Healthcare and UCSD Health who will provide insights and best practices for successfully navigating large-scale projects and the challenges they face. 

The 45-minute Panel Discussion will serve as a forum for discussion of industry trends and insights. By sharing their knowledge and expertise members will gain a better understating of their industry and stay up to date on the latest capital improvement developments.

The First 90 Days and Beyond will provide valuable insights and strategies for successfully navigating the critical initial phase of a project and help attendees to understand the key elements of a successful project launch.
