ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Marissa Feliciano

Marissa is a skilled relationship-builder specializing in designing optimal working partnerships—especially where need, possibility, and complex regulation must align to achieve a positive result. She is a perpetual student and always keeping an eye on emerging trends to position her team as a leader in target markets (Senior Living, Student Housing, Affordable Housing, and Education). She is active in the community as a mentor and leader with volunteer roles in non-profit organizations where she is honored to contribute alongside like-minded change agents and leaders.

Marissa has more than 17 years of experience in marketing and business development for design firms. She is responsible for leading business development and client stewardship for the Senior Living division and establishing a continuous and consistent brand presence for HPI Architecture. Marissa has been invited to speak at industry events and on podcasts on such topics as:
