Regional Design Advisory Council Monthly Meeting

The Regional Design Advisory Council (RDAC) welcomes Councilmember Joe LaCava (District 1) to this month’s monthly meeting.

LaCava’s district is best known for its beautiful beaches and picturesque highlands. Home to the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego, Birch Aquarium, Salk Institute and the Sanford-Burnham Institute, District One has become a nationally recognized hub for higher education, scientific research and the biotech and high-tech industries.
