Join the AIA San Diego TAP Committee for a focused session on real-time feasibility and live design workflows with TestFit and Snaptrude. This session will explore how teams can study sites faster, iterate live, and make real-time decisions during early design. Through live demonstrations and a practice-based keynote, we’ll look at how these workflows are changing the way architects, developers, and contractors evaluate projects.

TestFit is a real estate feasibility tool that instantly generates site layouts using zoning, site constraints, and financial inputs. It helps teams quickly test scenarios, optimize yield, and determine project viability in real time.
 
Snaptrude is a browser‑based design platform that connects early‑stage modeling with BIM. It enables fast 2D/3D iteration, real‑time data tracking, and seamless collaboration, with easy export to tools like Revit.
