Diving into Objective Design Standards

Learn more about what objective design standards(ODS) are, why they are required in California, and how they may affect your work. Eric Lardy, AICP Carlsbad City Planner and Howard Blackson will present on the recently adopted ODS for Carlsbad’s Village and Barrio Master Plan area, followed by a discussion of how RDAC members can get involved in the ODS development process and advocate for better design standards in our region.
