The Alila Marea beach resort is Encinitas’ newest treasure, perched on a beautiful cliffside bluff. Design leaders from JWDA Architects and JMI Realty will lead us on a design-oriented tour of the grounds- followed by drinks at the Pocket - the Resorts poolside bar- a perfect place to unwind, catch up, and take in the sunset.

About the project

Alila Marea Beach Resort is a luxury resort destination that sits atop a stunning coastal bluff in Encinitas.  This 130-key resort offers comfortable elegance and a unique sense of place.  Amenities include a bicycle and beach café, 4,500-SF spa, a fitness center for guests, and various restaurant, lounge, bar, meeting spaces, and outdoor terraces that offer unparalleled views up and down the coast. Designed by JWDA Architects for JMI Realty, the project was completed in 2021
