The Grassroots Leadership & Advocacy Event is designed to help AIA’s leaders reach their fullest potential in their components and communities. With a wide range of leadership opportunities being offered, the event focuses on a curriculum that allows leaders to acquire and enhance their leadership skills to lead boards and focus on specific hands-on practice exercises. There are many occasions for attendees to collaborate on AIA initiatives and exchange and share information and ideas with their counterparts from around the country.
