Parks for All: A Special Presentation

Susan Baldwin, AICP (Parks and Recreation Coalition (PARC); Citizens Coordinate for Century 3 (C-3) Board member, and former SANDAG planner) will make a presentation, Parks for All, about the Parks component of the City of San Diego's Complete Communities initiative. The presentation, prepared by PARC, describes a number of requested improvements to the Parks Master Plan, General Plan Recreation Element, and Citywide Park Development Impact Fee. PARC is a group of volunteers who are city planners, landscape architects, architects, and community planners, some of whom include: Mike Stepner, FAIA, FAICP; Howard Greenstein, ASLA; Deborah Sharpe, ASLA; Nico Calavita, PhD; and Diane Kane, PhD.
