The Ceremony

Each year, AIA San Diego’s Design Awards program is attended by 200+ of some of the most talented design professionals in the nation, making this a tremendous opportunity to view innovative design work and to network while doing so.

Although markedly different than our in-person galas, this virtual event offers even greater opportunities for participation, with attendance not limited by drive time or geography.

The AIA San Diego Design Awards recognizes design excellence in our City and region, with an emphasis on context and sustainability. Award-worthy submissions demonstrate exemplary design skill of formal, functional and technical requirements, including ecological and environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and a strong sense of place.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to celebrate the best of the best in a ceremony that honors design excellence, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
